Villbrygg Fjell

shameless client plug: villbrygg’s green, woodsy, often bracing notes are shaped by plants foraged from the norwegian fjords and mountains, like meadowsweet leaves and flowers and tannic, black tea-like fireweed blossoms. the result is to layered, structured, and complex. my favorite is fjell, built on wild lingonberries and rosemary. now on-menu at stir crazy.
